Questions and answers
Frequently asked questions
The questions that come up in every first call, answered directly. If something is missing, just ask through the contact form.
Before we start
- The first call is free and nothing is committed until you approve a written proposal.
- Every engagement starts from a defined scope rather than open-ended hours.
- All infrastructure is written as code, in your own account and repository.
Frequently asked questions
- What do cloud and DevOps services cost?
- Pricing is per project with a defined scope. A small build project starts in the low thousands of shekels, a full multi-environment platform costs more, and monthly support is priced separately. A written proposal follows a short call.
- How long does it take to build a cloud environment?
- A single production environment: two to six weeks. Migrating an existing system: one week to three months depending on complexity. There are always interim milestones, not just a final date.
- Who owns the code and the infrastructure?
- You do. Everything is built in your account and your repository, as documented Terraform code. No vendor lock-in and no closed components.
- Can we start with something small?
- Yes. Many clients begin with an infrastructure review or a cost optimization round, then decide about a larger project.
- Do you work with Google Cloud or only AWS?
- Both. Most work is on AWS, and some clients run parts on Google Cloud — GKE, Cloud Run and Cloud Functions.
- What happens after the project ends?
- Either a full handover with documentation and training, or monthly support for monitoring, upgrades and changes. Both are available and neither requires a long-term commitment.
- Do you have experience with compliance and security?
- Yes. There is ongoing work against ISO 27001-style requirements for a fintech client, including environment separation, permissions management, encryption and audit logging.
- How do we start?
- Fill in the contact form or send an email. The first call establishes what you run today and what is missing, and a written proposal follows.
