G2 Cloud Solutions ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how it is protected. It is written in line with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.

What we collect

• Contact form details you choose to send: your name, email address, company (optional), cloud preference, message, and the language of the page.
• Security data: a one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, used only to prevent spam and abuse. We cannot turn the hash back into your IP address.

We do not use advertising, tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this website.

Why we use it

• To read and reply to your enquiry.
• To protect the website and contact form against spam, bots and attacks.

We use your details only for these purposes. We do not sell them, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Analytics cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use it. It runs only if you press "Accept" on the cookie notice; if you decline or ignore the notice, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. When enabled, Google Analytics stores a cookie in your browser and collects your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you visit and how you arrived, and processes this data on Google's servers, which may be outside Israel. Your IP address is anonymised. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the notice back.

Where your information is stored

This website runs entirely on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Messages are stored in the AWS Europe (Frankfurt) region in Amazon DynamoDB and delivered to us by email through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). AWS acts as our hosting provider and processes the data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

• Contact messages are deleted automatically after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
• Security and rate-limiting records are deleted automatically within 24 hours.

How we protect it

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, data is encrypted at rest, access is restricted to authorised personnel, and the contact form is protected by validation, rate limiting and a web application firewall.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email g2cloudsolutions@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
